Forced Hot Air Circulation
A hot air circle system of exit fans and a suitable fan duct moves air through the chamber, related by the manufacturer to uniform temperature and low noise.
Fifty to Three Hundred Degrees
The temperature range is 50 to 300 degrees on every model in the series, with heat average held within plus or minus 1 degree throughout the chamber.
Separate Blasting and Heating
Blasting and heating can be operated separately, so air movement and heat input are set independently rather than being tied to one another.
Microcomputer and PID Control
Control is by microcomputer with temperature setting testing, a double digital display and a PID self-setting function for holding a chosen condition.
Five Chamber Sizes
Chambers of 350 by 350 by 350mm up to 800 by 800 by 1000mm are offered, with power rising from 1000W on the smallest model to 4500W on the largest.
Protection and Alarm
Over temperature auto-protection and time setting are fitted, with a followed-alarming figure of plus 5 degrees above the temperature that has been set.
Stainless Chamber and Window
The chamber is superior stainless steel sheet or mirror-finish stainless steel sheet, with a double-decked tempered glass observation window fitted to the door.
Powder Coated Exterior
The outside is sprayed with plastic powder, and the manufacturer refers to low heat age loss through the structure along with a small undulatory property.
