Medigear Group Limited acts as a provider of information society services and a marketplace intermediary. It is not the seller, owner, or authorised distributor of the equipment listed on the Platform.
These Terms of Sale may be updated periodically. The applicable version is the one available on medigear.uk at the time of the transaction.
To create an account or publish an Offer, Users must refer to the Terms of Use available on medigear.uk.
• Equipment prices are displayed in GBP (£) or EUR (€), excluding VAT unless otherwise stated.
• Prices are determined solely by the Seller.
• Service fees (delivery, warranty, financing) are also exclusive of VAT unless specified.
VAT is applied in accordance with UK tax laws and international trade rules.
• VAT depends on the Buyer and Seller location, delivery address, and VAT registration status
• UK domestic transactions: VAT applied as per UK rates
• EU transactions: subject to reverse charge mechanism (if valid VAT number provided)
• International (non-UK/EU): VAT may be exempt, subject to import/export regulations
Users are responsible for providing accurate tax information and complying with applicable tax obligations.
Payments must be made via bank transfer or approved payment methods.
• Full payment is required before dispatch (unless financing applies)
• Financing terms are governed by a separate agreement
Invoices provided:
• Equipment invoice (Seller)
• Service invoice (Medigear Group Limited)
The Seller is solely responsible for ensuring that the listed equipment:
• Matches the description provided
• Meets safety and usability standards
• Complies with applicable healthcare regulations
Supporting documentation (e.g., maintenance logs, test reports) may be uploaded where available.
Sellers must:
• Maintain accurate inventory
• Update availability promptly
If equipment becomes unavailable, Sellers must notify Medigear immediately.
Any quotation or estimate is provided for informational purposes only and does not guarantee availability or price.
• Buyers may reserve equipment for 48 business hours
• Reservation fee: 2% of equipment price (excluding VAT)
After reservation:
• Buyer must confirm the order within 48 hours
• Reservation fee is deducted from the total payment
• Failure to confirm results in cancellation without refund
Order validation constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
Payment deadlines:
• Standard users: within 24 business hours
• Approved accounts: up to 30 days (if applicable)
Upon full payment, Buyers receive:
• Equipment invoice
• Service invoice
The Seller authorises Medigear Group Limited to issue invoices on their behalf.
Funds are:
• Collected securely
• Held temporarily
• Transferred to the Seller after deduction of commission

• Sellers set their Seller Price (excl. VAT)
• Medigear calculates the final displayed price, including commission
Sellers have access to:
• Equipment invoices issued on their behalf
• Commission invoices issued by Medigear
Sellers must:
• Prepare and package equipment properly
• Ensure readiness within stated timelines
Delivery options:
• Express: within 48 hours
• Standard: within 3 weeks
For international (non-UK/EU) orders:
• EXW (Ex Works) applies — Buyer manages transport
Ownership transfers:
• Upon delivery to Buyer
• Or upon collection (EXW transactions)
• UK/EU deliveries: risk remains with Seller until delivery
• EXW deliveries: risk transfers to Buyer at collection
• Delivery cost shown before order confirmation
• Maximum delivery time: 60 days, except in exceptional circumstances
Buyers must:
• Confirm receipt within 3 working days
• Report issues including:
◦ Damaged packaging
◦ Transport damage
◦ Non-conformity
Failure to report within the timeframe = deemed acceptance.
Medigear manages communication and dispute resolution.
In case of unavailability:
• Alternative offer, credit, or refund
In case of non-conformity:
• Repair, compensation, or return
• Refund processed within 30 days after return
Medigear Group Limited:
• Is not responsible for Seller listings
• Does not guarantee product conformity
Sellers remain fully responsible for:
• Compliance
• Ownership rights
• Product accuracy
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Users should first seek an amicable resolution.
If unresolved, disputes fall under the jurisdiction of courts in England and Wales.
