We are a marketplace and a distributor. Buyers come to us for equipment, and what they get with it is a supplier we have already checked.
Some orders we handle ourselves, while others are passed directly to the manufacturer best placed to fulfil them. Either way, the buyer has one team to deal with and one clear point of accountability.
We're not a retailer. Our buyers are purchasing on behalf of an organisation, so what matters is getting the right equipment, on time, with the right documentation, installation and ongoing support.

Company contactsWe are registered in England and Wales, with a growing presence in the United States, the Netherlands, Poland and Spain. Colleagues in those markets look after international operations, business development and customer relationships.
Business enquiriesWhen we started MediGear, buying medical equipment across borders was fragmented, slow and hard to see into. Buyers were asked to take claims on trust with no practical way to check them.
So we built it the other way round. Do the checking first, keep the paperwork, and put people on the phone who know what they are talking about. That is still how the company runs.

Not every room needs a brand-new unit. A refurbished system is often the right answer for a second theatre, a satellite clinic, or a department bringing a service back online.
Ours are stripped down, rebuilt where parts have worn, tested against the manufacturer's specification and recertified before they leave the bench. What arrives is a working system with a history you can read, not a used machine with a warranty sticker on it.
