Computer Controlled Course
The sterilising course is described as automatically controlled by computer and easy to operate, so a cycle runs without the operator managing each stage of it.
Printer Fitted
A printer is fitted to the unit, producing a record of a cycle from the machine itself rather than from a figure transcribed by whoever happened to be present.
Separate Sterilising and Drying Timers
Sterilising time is 0 to 99 minutes and drying time is separately 0 to 99 minutes, listed as two distinct rows rather than as one shared figure across both stages.
Three Chamber Capacities
Volumes of 150L, 200L and 280L are offered, at 440 by 1000mm, 515 by 1000mm and 600 by 1000mm respectively across the three models in this range.
Drying Function
A drying function is fitted and described as suitable for dressing drying, which is what allows wrapped and textile loads to leave the chamber dry.
Door Pressure Interlock
The door opening mechanism cannot be operated until chamber pressure has reduced to 0.027 MPa, and the unit cannot be started if the door is not closed well.
Safety Valve With Steam Recovery
The safety valve opens automatically when inner pressure exceeds 0.24 MPa, with the steam exhausting back into the water tank rather than into the department.
Low Water Protection
Power is cut off automatically, the water is cut off and an alarm sounds when the machine lacks water, so a dry run is prevented and not merely signalled to the operator.
