These are the capabilities that define the Juno DRF in the department.
Single CsI Dynamic Flat Detector
A single caesium iodide dynamic flat detector, sized 43 by 43 cm, serves both radiography and fluoroscopy. With a spatial resolution of 148 microns and imaging at up to 30 frames per second, it delivers clear, distortion-free images across many studies.
Two-In-One Radiography And Fluoroscopy
The Juno DRF performs both digital radiography and fluoroscopy in a single room with one detector. This combined approach raises room utilisation and helps a department cover more studies without moving patients between systems.
Remote-Controlled Tilting Table
A motorised tilting table moves from minus 90 to plus 90 degrees and is controlled remotely from the control room. This flexibility supports a wide range of fluoroscopic and radiographic positions during an examination.
Bariatric-Ready Open Access
An open access design and a high patient capacity of up to around 284 kg make the system well suited to bariatric studies. A low minimum table height of 62 cm also helps patients with limited mobility transfer safely and comfortably.
Automatic Positioning And Grid Selection
When an exam is selected, the system can automatically position the table, source-to-image distance, tilt, angulation and collimation. Auto Grid Selection removes the need to carry grids around the room, which together cut preparation time.
Long Source-To-Image Distance
A source-to-image distance of up to 180 cm supports an extensive range of examinations. For example, a chest study can be taken with the table in a 90 degree upright position for added flexibility.
Tomography, Stitching And Vascular Options
The tilting tube column enables tomography and oblique projections in many table positions, while optional stitching supports spine and extremity reconstruction. Optional vascular imaging is also available for suitable studies.
