The SY-UH01 serves therapists who treat people with limited upper limb function caused by stroke, traumatic brain injury or spinal cord injury, in rooms where a desk or a wheelchair is already part of the session. Syrebo covers upper limb muscle strength from level 0 to 5, so the same support stays with a user as strength changes.
Gravity compensation offsets limb weight and gives natural, flexible movement over a 270-degree horizontal trajectory. Human factors engineering and lightweight materials reduce gravity and friction, letting the user practice reaching and movement while the support carries the limb's weight.
Training for activities of daily living uses goal-based tasks such as eating and grooming. Occupational therapy uses small objects, including balls, building blocks, and wooden pegboards, so that the therapist can grade tasks to the user's ability. Task-oriented training can also combine support with compatible Syrebo hand-function products.
The 12-level assistance force lets a therapist adjust the level of support. Users can train seated or standing, and the support mounts to a desktop with an adjustable fixing clip or directly on a wheelchair.
The fixing design resists shaking and accidental release, takes up little space, and is easy to store between sessions. A left-side or a right-side unit matches the limb being trained. Because the 270-degree trajectory and the 12 levels both stay in the therapist's hands, a session can start with a high level of help and move toward more independent reaching. The same task layout, from eating and grooming to pegboard work, can be repeated at each level, giving the therapist a steady way to track each user's progress from one session to the next.
