The LU/LK/LV Charge Dock supports the ultrasound work that happens between examinations by recharging a handheld scanner so it is ready for the next case. It supports the LeSONO LK128, LV128, LU700, LU710, and LU300 scanners, which cover human and veterinary handheld ultrasound. Handheld scanners travel with the examiner, so the dock is the fixed point where each one returns between cases.
The settings follow the scanners to the dock for charging. They include hospital imaging departments, outpatient and community clinics, point-of-care areas and veterinary practices. In each of these rooms the dock asks only for a wall socket, and its input of AC 100 to 240 V at 50 or 60 Hz means the same dock suits sockets supplying different mains voltages and frequencies.
Users include clinicians, sonographers, and veterinary teams who carry the scanners, as well as staff who keep equipment ready for the day. A magnetic charger USB cable connects to the scanner, so charging is a quick step at the end of a list.
Each listed scanner receives a DC 5 V, 2 A supply. A department or practice that runs several LeSONO lines, such as an LK128 alongside an LV128 or an LU700, works from a single supply specification across all of them. That consistency keeps charging routine, no matter which scanner is returned to the dock. The dock's job is simple: it turns mains supply into the DC supply the scanner accepts, and it does so from a wall socket.
