The DFX-23D is a mobile electric suction machine for operating theatres, surgical and medical wards, emergency departments, and procedure rooms. Surgeons, anaesthetists, ward and theatre nurses, physiotherapists and emergency staff all use it.
In theatre, it clears blood and irrigation fluid from the operative field so the surgeon can see. Abscess drainage is a typical case: thick pus needs strong vacuum and good airflow to move through the suction tip, and the 0.09 MPa ceiling and 40 L/min pump supply both. The two 2,500 ml bottles hold the volume of a long or bloody operation and let the team estimate fluid loss at a glance.
Onwards, it supports airway care. Patients after surgery, stroke or with chest infection may be unable to clear sputum, and nurses and physiotherapists use suction to keep the airway open. Setting the regulator low gives a gentler vacuum for tracheal and oral suction, and the gauge confirms the level before each pass.
Emergency departments and resuscitation areas use it for vomit, blood and secretions in the airway, where reliable flow and quick set-up matter in the first minutes of care. The foot switch lets a clinician start and stop suction while holding a catheter and managing the patient’s head.
Hospitals and clinics that need one unit to serve several areas gain most. The castor base and handle make it easy to wheel between theatre and ward, the one-piece plastic enclosure wipes clean between patients, and the oil-free pump keeps maintenance demands minimal over years of daily use.
