BEMER operates in clinical and outpatient settings and at home, with users aged 14 and over and medically trained staff as operators; the set serves as an adjunct to prescribed treatment, not a replacement. BEMER lists impaired wound healing, degenerative musculoskeletal diseases, diabetic or post-cancer polyneuropathy, chronic fatigue, and acute and chronic pain among its indications.
Daily routines start with the basic plan. Complete two eight-minute sessions a day on the B.Body Evo for a first cycle of six weeks, with the second cycle starting in week seven. Programme mode steps up through P1, P2 and P3 over eight, 16 and 20 minutes, while intensity mode holds LOW, MEDIUM or HIGH for eight minutes. Three expert programmes keep user-defined settings.
Night use runs through the sleep programme, which fills six to ten hours with four hours of therapy at a fixed intensity. It opens below LOW at 7 µT for two hours, rests, and finishes with two hours at LOW before waking. The Plus signal, a cyclic amplification every 20 seconds, is available in daytime sessions only.
The battery stand frees the B.Box Evo from the mains for about 50 eight-minute treatments, which suits treatment rooms without a socket at the couch. Screening matters before any session: active implants such as pacemakers or medication pumps, and transplant recipients on immunosuppressive therapy, are contraindicated. Other Evo applicators connect to the same controller for local treatment. The B.Pad Evo with four coils and the single-coil B.Spot Evo each reach about 100 µT.
