Passive And Active Cycling
The ergometer offers both passive and active modes. In passive mode it turns the arm pedals for a patient, and in active mode it supports their own cranking, so one unit follows a patient across the stages of arm recovery.
Adjustable Speed And Time
The speed is adjustable from twelve to thirty-two revolutions per minute, continuously, and the time can be set from zero to sixty minutes, so a therapist can match the pace and length of each cycling session to what a patient can manage.
Anti-Spasm Control And Detection
The ergometer has anti-spasm control with spasm detection, so it can sense a spasm and respond during cycling, helping keep arm training safe for patients with spasticity.
Adjustable Spasm Response
The spasm force is set across three gears and the spasm time is adjustable from two to twenty-eight seconds, so a therapist can tune the response to suit each patient and condition.
Adjustable Arm Positioning
The arm mechanism allows horizontal rotation through one hundred and eighty degrees, and the height adjusts across a seventy-millimetre range, so the cranks suit each patient.
Compact Seated Design
The unit stands on a compact wheeled base and is designed for a seated patient, so it can be positioned in front of a chair or wheelchair. Its upright, self-contained form makes it straightforward to set up and move between spaces.
Built-In Guidance Screen
A built-in screen guides the session, giving a clear point of control for setting up and running the cycling simply at the unit.
