Swinging Balance Platform
A movable platform swings around the centre of a ball, tilting up to ten degrees either side, so a patient must use their balance to stay centred. This active challenge is at the heart of the balance training the system provides.
Six Levels Of Resistance
A hydraulic damper offers six levels of resistance, letting a therapist set how much the platform moves. This means the challenge can be made easier or harder to match a patient's ability and progress it as they improve.
Nine Interactive Games
A paired screen and computer run nine training games, spanning racing, building, memory and reflex-style challenges. Practising balance and control while playing helps make sessions more engaging and motivating for a patient.
Standing And Sitting Options
The system comes in standing and sitting versions, so it can suit patients at different stages of recovery. Being able to choose the right setup helps more patients take part in balance training safely and comfortably.
Wearable Safety Harness
The system is equipped with a wearable safety harness, and adjustable handrails give a patient something firm to hold, so they feel secure on the moving platform.
Training Evaluation Report
The system generates a training evaluation report from the patient's data, giving the therapist a clear picture of progress and current status. This helps guide each session and shows how a patient is responding to their programme.
Adjustable And Easy To Move
The handrails adjust up to 250 millimetres, the balance board supports up to 150 kilograms, and casters let the unit move easily, so it is flexible and practical to use.
