The F22 is a chairside instrument for dentists and dental teams working in practices, clinics and surgeries. It belongs wherever high-speed cutting with a 1.6 mm bur is part of daily treatment, and its generator-powered LED lights the cutting site while the handpiece runs. The manufacturer describes the lighting as high-brightness, giving the operator a well-lit view of the work.
Repeated reprocessing is routine in these settings. The manufacturer reports no damage to the lighting system after 300 high-temperature sterilisation cycles and rates the light for 500 hours, so the lighting remains a working part of the instrument across repeated cycles.
Three configurations let a practice choose the head and cartridge that suit the work. Standard push versions use cartridge H22CA-SP, max push versions use torque push cartridge H22CA-TP, and F22-DSP4 carries a head angled at 45 degrees for clinicians who work with that approach.
Bur handling is built around the push button chuck. Burs 1.59 to 1.6 mm in diameter and 21 to 23 mm long fit the standard push and max push versions, and the chuck holds them at 300,000 rpm or above.
Both connection types are covered. Four-hole versions require 0.25–0.27 MPa at the back end of the handpiece, and two-hole versions require 0.20–0.22 MPa so that the practice can match the F22 to the air supply at each chair.
The three-way spray provides cooling and atomisation, and an anti-return suction system keeps foreign matter out of the machine head. A dust-proof structure limits grinding dust reaching the bearing, while dynamic balancing and integrated CNC forming of the head support ensure even running and head accuracy.
