EndoQuest Robotics has appointed Jared Eben as chief commercial officer ahead of its planned US launch. Medigear.uk covers the hire and the trial data.
The EndoQuest Robotics chief commercial officer is now Jared Eben, the company said on Thursday, 15 October 2026. EndoQuest Robotics plans to launch its flexible robotic surgery system in the US next year.
Eben comes from HCA Healthcare, a for profit operator of healthcare facilities. There, he was a vice president, covering robotics, AI and neuroscience. His earlier roles include Proximie, an operating room software developer, and Auris Health, a surgical robotics business. EndoQuest says that mix shaped its choice.
Eben will lead commercial strategy and partnerships with health systems. He prioritises physicians and operational leaders. He will help potential users get ready for robotic endoluminal surgery. That covers training, workflows and program requirements.
His second focus is value. He wants the technology to "aligns for patients, physicians and health systems alike."
Chief executive Eduardo Fonseca explained the hire. "Jared brings experience from both medical technology companies and health systems," he said. "That perspective is essential as we prepare for commercialisation. Our goal is not simply to place systems, but to help clinical teams build sustainable robotic endoluminal surgery programs."
The system is flexible. It is built to support more procedures than current tools. It reaches the body through natural orifices. The company says this limits trauma and scars from incisions. It predicts shorter recovery and lower costs.
The device has not yet received Food and Drug Administration authorisation. The company still aims to launch in the US next year.
The PARADIGM clinical trial finished enrolment in July. Early results covered 50 robotic endoscopic submucosal dissection procedures. None involved device related bleeding or perforation. The en bloc resection rate was 100%. That term means a lesion comes out in one intact piece.
The EndoQuest Robotics chief commercial officer appointment puts a commercial lead in place before a launch that still needs FDA authorisation. Medigear.uk follows the EndoQuest Robotics chief commercial officer move and wider robotic surgery news.
