Simultaneous Laser Fundus Imaging
Line scanning ophthalmoscopy is built in, producing high quality fundus imaging at the same time as the layered capture. The manufacturer relates this to making a lesion easier for the clinician to localise.
Switchable Macular Scan Length
The macular HD line scan length can be switched between 6 mm and 12 mm, so the operator can work tightly around the fovea or take in a broader span of retina without changing pattern.
Six Line Radial Macular Scanning
A six line radial pattern is listed for the macula, with retinal thickness analysis, ganglion cell analysis and high definition imaging that uses five image averaging to build the displayed result.
Dense Macular Cube
Retinal thickness is assessed point by point across a 500 by 100 dense cube, backed by thickness analysis, progression analysis, three dimensional viewing and en face analysis.
Two Glaucoma Cube Modes
One cube covers the macular area and one covers the disc area, with sampling evenly distributed across 200 by 200 A-scans, which the manufacturer relates to early detection and ongoing management.
Disc Analysis Set
The disc route lists nerve fibre analysis, cup to disc analysis, a calculation circle with circle scan tomogram, progression analysis and comparative analysis covering both eyes together.
Anterior Segment Imaging
High definition corneal imaging localises Bowman's layer and the anterior chamber angle, while a six line radial pattern of equal length supports central corneal thickness measurement and pachymetry.
En Face Viewing and Remote Software
En face analysis localises lesions within specific subretinal layers through choroid, ellipsoid, mid retina, VRI and three dimensional views. Remote viewer software displays, enhances, analyses and saves the images.
