Fitting Height Difference
Lens PH difference is measured from 0 to 50mm in 0.25mm steps, recording how far the fitting height of one eye differs from that of the other.
Frame Leg Length
Measurable lens frame leg length runs from 0 to 160mm, which is a frame dimension recorded on the same instrument that measures the lenses themselves.
Full Circle Prism
Prism base angle sweeps 0 to 360 degrees in 1 degree steps, with prism degree reaching 0 to 20 in both horizontal and vertical directions in 0.01 increments.
Graded Ultraviolet
Anti-ultraviolet transmittance is measured from 0 to 100 per cent in 1 per cent steps, giving a figure rather than a simple yes or no for a coating.
Spectacle and Contact Powers
Spherical power runs minus 25 to plus 25 for spectacle lenses and minus 20 to plus 20 for contact lenses, with cylindrical power minus 9.99 to plus 9.99.
Four Vertex Power Steps
Vertex power step measurement is offered at 0.01, 0.06, 0.12 and 0.25, so an operator can work as finely as a particular task happens to require.
Lens Acceptance
Measurable lens diameter runs 10 to 100mm, centre thickness is stated as 20mm or under, and lens PD is measured from 40 to 82mm in 0.25mm steps.
Screen and Printer
The screen is an 800 by 480 colour display described as fully touchable, with thermal printing onto paper of 57mm width for a record of the measurement.
